Shipping Locations and Rates
Shipping Rate: £12.99 flat, worldwide.
Delivery Times:
• UK: 5–10 business days
• Europe: 7–12 business days
• Rest of world: 10–17 business days
Processing: Orders dispatched within 1 business day.
Tracking: Provided on dispatch.
Delays: Subject to customs, holidays, or remote locations.
Customs Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, VAT, and any applicable import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
The courier will collect any duties or taxes at the time of delivery or notify you of the charges before delivery.
Please note that failure to pay duties or taxes may result in the package being returned to us. In such cases, the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.
